Agreement

By creating an account or placing a booking on Car Rental OS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to follow applicable Rwandan road and traffic laws.

Bookings

A booking is a request for a vehicle category for the selected dates. Availability is confirmed subject to fleet capacity. We may assign a specific vehicle after payment is received.

Payments

Online payment is required to confirm public bookings. Fees shown at checkout (daily rate, chauffeur, delivery, and extras) form the total due. Simulated gateways are for demonstration until a live provider is connected.

Drivers & licence

Self-drive customers must hold a valid licence for the required category. Chauffeur bookings include a company-assigned driver; you remain responsible for passenger conduct during the trip.

Changes & cancellations

Changes or cancellations are handled according to our operational policy and may affect fees already paid. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Liability

You are responsible for damage arising from misuse, negligence, or breach of these terms during a self-drive rental. Car Rental OS is not liable for indirect losses beyond what applicable law requires.
